We believe they have a reason for creating a product name "Registry Easy".
Yes it's taking over the 2nd word of the product name, Easy.
Upon reaching the "welcome" screen, it prompts you for your scanning options. Set it up once and you can proceed to scanning. Once completed, Registry Easy takes you by the hand and walk you through the repairing of any invalid entries, damaged registry keys or any other problems (depends on your case).
With its automatic backup feature built in the software, you can safely relax yourself if anything goes wrong as all you need to do is hit the restore button and everything will be reverted to usual.
Ah heck, as if you would need to use it. Once you repaired it, you wouldn't need (or want) to go back to square one again with such a performance boost.
It's NOT easy, it's damn easy...

Only 3 out of the 41 anti viruses beeped. These could be false positive due to algorithm conflict.

We're sure you heard of those anti viruses before right? RegistryEasy.exe was able to pass their test with ZERO errors... Clean.
